• Traveled out of the territory in the last 5 days (if vaccinated) / 14 days (if nonvaccinated) OR have been in contact with someone who has traveled?
• Symptoms of: loss of smell, loss of taste, runny nose, difficulty breathing, coughing or fever?
• Been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or having symptoms of COVID-19?
We would appreciate you call to reschedule your appointment until 2 weeks have elapsed following the above scenarios.
Please understand that due to the frequency of visits of other dental patients, the characteristics of the COVID-19 and the characteristics of dental procedures, that there is an elevated risk of contracting the COVID-19 simply by being in a dental office.

Dr. Rosh Govindasamy
Aesthetic Dentistry
Dr. Rosh is the owner operator of Murraya Dental Centre. She graduated from the University of Toronto in 1991, and has been practicing dentistry in the Yukon for the last 18 years. She enjoys forming long term relationships – and providing up to date dental care – for her patients.
Dorothy
Dental Assistant
Dorothy received her certification in dental assisting from Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek, BC. From her years working in General Dentistry Practices, she brings a broad base of skills and knowledge to Murraya Dental, where she has been a team member for 5 years.
Laurie
Dental Assistant
Laurie, born and raised in the Yukon, has been a dental assistant since 2001 and is very excited to be working in a field that has such a positive impact on people's lives.
With the aim of improving your dental health, she makes your visit to the dentist office a comfortable and an educational experience. She is also a dental receptionist that truly enjoys the interactions with all patients and their families.
Clara
Dental Assistant
Originally from Spain, Clara moved to
Whitehorse in 2002. She enjoys working in the dentistry field, since it offers her a friendly, even paced, yet challenging and fascinating work environment. Clara speaks Spanish, English, Catalan, and Italian.
Eileen
Dental Hygienist
Eileen graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1985 and worked in Chilliwack BC for 3 years before following her sweetheart to the Yukon. She is a caring dedicated dental professional and is excited to provide patients with quality preventive dental care.
We ask that all patients wear masks when coming in for an appointment.

CMOH Order 05-2020 legally obligates any person who has the following: cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, or sore throat (that is not related to a pre-existing illnes or health condition), to be in isolation (quarantine) for 14 days from the start of the symptoms, or until symptoms resolve, whichever takes longer. If they are exhibiting any of these symptoms, it is suggested they complete the COVID-19 Self Assessment online tool to determine if they should be tested.
